Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your artwork. If you need to request a return, please contact us at studio@stephaniesaeta-art.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are available for ready-made artworks.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must be unused, undamaged, and safely packed, preferably in its original packaging.
Please contact us before sending the artwork back, so we can share the correct return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Please make sure the artwork is packed safely and sent with tracking and adequate insurance, as the customer is responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the artwork arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Commissions and Custom Orders
Commissions and custom-made artworks are not eligible for return or cancellation once confirmed.
These pieces are created separately by agreement, according to the requested size, palette, orientation, or other details.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect the outside of the package when it arrives. In the unlikely event that the package shows visible damage, please take photos before opening it.
If the artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@stephaniesaeta-art.com. Please include photos of the packaging and the artwork, so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
A refund can only be approved if the artwork is returned in the same condition in which it was received.
We may withhold the refund until the artwork has been received and its condition has been confirmed.
If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need extra time to process the refund.
