Gathering · 70 × 70 cm (27.6 × 27.6 in)

Gathering is an original abstract painting from the Whispers series, created on raw cotton canvas with diluted acrylics, water and layered pigment.

Its palette draws from nature, combining soft blush, muted rose, warm neutrals and deeper charcoal marks, with small flashes of brighter color gathering across the surface. The organic forms recall petals, seeds, stones and fragments carried together by wind or water.

Within Whispers, the work explores how separate traces of change can accumulate over time, gathering into a new composition while still carrying the memory of where they came from.
